Van Halen play at the Texxas Jam in Dallas, TX at the Cotton Bowl. After their last show in Japan 3 days earlier, they lost most of their gear on the flight back to the states and had to rent and borrow gear for this show. In the news clip below, you catch a quick glimpse of Eddie in the beginning and can faintly hear VH playing in the background thru most of it.
